Checked in hospital for rest of week/weekend at 5AM this morning.
Prodded and poked in the main today.
Easy like Sunday morning radiation treatment laid me out good until 10 min ago. Started write on title topic...
Being wheeled off already for Chemotherapy I.V. a day earlier than planned
(Solid my blood work is better than previous thought.)
Since this will stifle the anticipatory nausea frequently accompanying sleep before big treatments I am pleased.
Having my solid orderly friends wait so can post this. chirp chirp
(One is a fresh convert to drumming. Seeing the 402 months ago was the genesis.)
Will continue writing from Chemo Drip room and post early tomorrow.
My hope at least.
In that room is various CDs from you all. If you would ever like to donate your music... send away. slogon@toport.com and I'll give you address. Any genres but keep it PG13 for my young compadres.
Note: I started having the independent music CDs accessible 5 years ago. Very powerful difference in the main for patients receiving chemotherapy/IVs.
A once sobering dreary clinic room transformed. Full respect to the independent artists.)
My drip will take 9 hours starting a battle to commence within.
Let it be.
Slog On, Forrest
Edit: Changed title... obviously never posted again during week. July 18th blog will be part 2
