I am going to order a new DW collectors after the Holidays and I've been considering getting DWs mini lugs on the kit, if they're still offered.

Do they feature the TruPitch rods and STM mounts. I want more of that expensive finish that I'm going to pay for to show and the standard lugs are so
large.

Especially so on the 10" and 12" shells.

Any pros and cons that I should consider. Sound differences, tuning issues, etc.....

I just can't. So I apologize for any inuendo that you may or may not read into this post.

I have x-hat arms made by two different companies: a cheap-o Gilbraltar one, and the super-deluxe DW9212. Both do a great job at what they're for, with one
tiny little issue. The rod is just too short. Some of my cymbals have too deep a profile, so that by the time I pile two on top of eachother, there's very
little room for the clutch to grab onto the (stationary) pull-rod. Uggh....
